Wrestling Tournament for Windows

Wrestling Tournament does everything necessary to run a wrestling tournament. There may be up to 20 weight classes, up to 32 entries in each, and up to 90 teams. Brackets are sized automatically based on the number of entries. Any number of wrestlers may be seeded. Bout cards, match results, or up-to-date brackets may be printed at any time. The scoring system (both high school and college) is built into the program but it may be edited in case of rule changes. Any necessary byes are inserted and scored properly. There are two main wrestle-back formats, full double-elimination and the follow-your-man style. There are provisions for several types of cross-bracketing. It supports 4, 6, or 8 place tournament scoring. You choose what you want. Full editing capability is included as you can “un-wrestle” a match (or matches) if necessary to correct an error. It is suitable for all levels of competition from college tournaments all the way down to grade-schoolers. Special customized versions of this program are used to administer the Nebraska State High School Championships, the North Carolina State High School Championships, and the National Junior College Wrestling Championships. Post-tournament printouts include final team score, final brackets, and a team-by-team, weight class-by-weight class tournament summary. HTML capability is included so the tournament results can be easily emailed to the media or posted directly to a web site.
Customer Review: Super Program
This program is AWESOME. It does everything. Seeding, brackets, bout cards, match scoring, team scores, you name it, this program will do it, mostly automatically. Plus it’s very easy to learn and use. You can’t go wrong here. More Info
